Depending on what the history of a team is we have two solutions.
For a team with a low score on internal conflicts but that has trouble in dividing the work it can use our two-day format.
One day to help each other in finding the FUELD tasks. The second day in doing a visual task exhibition and exchange idea’s to improve our collaboration and division of tasks.
For teams that score high on internal conflicts or team members have little time available we recommend that the visual task analyses is done in a 1:1 setting with a certified job crafting coach.
This individual exercise helps to prepare people for the team dialogue and for the facilitator to understand what is going on in the team.
The teamcrafting day itself is similar but is more sensitive and needs an experienced facilitator to help the team to move from the problem into the solution.
