During the Job Crafting individual session you will be counseuled by an expert advisor who will guide you during the entire session.

  • 3 x 1 hour jobcrafting coaching session online – price is 690€ including forms, online video and job crafting game (VAT and transport cost from Belgium not included)

  • 3 x 2 hour face to face coaching sessions face to face - price is 990€ including forms, online video and job crafting game (VAT and transport cost from Belgium not included)

Atelier de Jobcrafting

Si vous êtes responsable à organiser le travail d'autres personnes, comme un chef d'équipe ou un responsable de consultant RH, vous pouvez bénéficier d'un atelier d'une journée au cours duquel vous verrez comment vous pouvez façonner votre propre travail. Il est tellement plus facile de comprendre et d'utiliser le jobcrafting comme un outil une fois que vous l'avez appliqué à votre propre travail.
